Vacancy Description:

Our client and expanding manufacturing business based in the Camlough area is seeking to recruit a:


To assist financial controller and management to operate accounting system in relation to Purchase Ledger, Stock and Debtors

The Role:

- To assist with the management of the accounting function within the business.

- To reconcile purchase orders, invoices and expenses and ensure it is kept up to date

- Liaising with the suppliers, checking delivery dates etc. in relation to purchase orders.

- To assist with bank reconciliations as part of the finance team

- To reconcile supplier statements

- To investigate any negative balances on ledger

- To assist with monthly payroll

- To assist in preparation of information for production of management and year end accounts

- To help the with ad hoc tasks and give general administrative support


Candidate's Profile:

- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally ATI Qualification or similar.

- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner when dealing with suppliers and


- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)
